If you’re passionate about engineering, strategy, and making a real difference, we want to hear from you.**How You’ll Make an Impact*** Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop competitive tender strategies* Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders* Analyze customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly* Prepare and present offers aligned with technical and commercial standards* Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies* Conduct competitive analysis and position Hitachi Energy for success* Present project risks and strategies to senior leadership* Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines**Your Background*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical preferred)* 4+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, or sales roles* Experience with Power Quality Solutions (e.g., STATCOM, SVC, Synchronous Condensers) or High Voltage Substations* International work experience preferred* Strong organizational and leadership skills* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)* Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United StatesWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
