Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration.
Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience working with direct patient care as a CNA or QMA in a long‑term care facility.
Successful completion of a state‑approved training program in medication administration.
Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions.
Can foster good resident and family relationships.
Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
A passion for working with elderly residents.
