Property Claims Adjuster

to manage daily residential and commercial claims in the

Daytona Beach, FL

area. This field-based position offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and responsive support from our internal team. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site property inspections to assess damages

Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software

Take thorough photo documentation and provide clear, organized reports

Maintain communication with policyholders and carriers throughout the claims process

Submit complete, timely, and accurate claim files

Requirements: Skilled in Xactimate

Solid knowledge of property damage and construction practices

Strong time management and communication skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Florida or designated home state adjuster license

Preferred:

2+ years of field experience in property claims adjusting
