Description Loraloma is an exclusive private club within the greater Thomas Ranch development. The 18-hole championship golf course, designed by noted architect David McLay-Kidd, features Stadium zoysia on fairways and tees, Zeon zoysia in the roughs, and Lazer zoysia on the greens. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience with the latest zoysia varieties.
Responsibilities
Perform precision mowing across all turf areas to maintain championship conditions.
Roll greens for smooth, consistent putting surfaces.
Execute string trimming for clean edges and course aesthetics.
Maintain and groom bunkers for playability and appearance.
Remove debris to ensure course cleanliness.
Assist with hand watering during peak summer months.
Operate groundskeeping equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance facility.
Care for landscaping features to enhance aesthetics.
Monitor turf health and address issues promptly.
Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with every other weekend required. Pay starts at $20/hour with overtime opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course care preferred.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Pass a background check.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
