Job Title
Activity Coordinator (Weekend)
Base pay range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Overview Apalachee Center, Inc. is best known for helping individuals and families of North Florida succeed in recovering from emotional, psychiatric, and substance abuse crises. Apalachee Center, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral health services across 8 counties (Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla Counties).
Responsibilities
Conduct daily psychosocial rehabilitation activity groups using Agency approved modules. All groups must be held on-time per the posted schedule.
Plan daily/weekly activity schedules in accordance with the overall approved plan for activity services. Update activity schedule posted on the unit as changes occur.
Complete daily group note documentation for each client before the end of each shift. Complete individual progress notes for contact with clients outside of group as appropriate or directed by clinical team.
Maintain group inventories of equipment and supplies. Order supplies as needed with approval from Inpatient Director.
Shift: Saturday and Sunday. 8:00am-5:00pm.
