Overview We offer a competitive hourly rate of
$18 ‑ $20 per hour . Full‑time employees receive
health insurance . This position is full‑time and located in West Valley City.
Your Contributions Matter In this role, you will:
Assist in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Conduct orientation and training for new employees and provide refresher training to current employees as needed.
Supervise employee performance and behavior, enforcing company policies and maintaining high service standards.
Monitor and review time cards daily, adjusting schedules to meet restaurant needs while minimizing overtime.
Enforce portion control measures and maintain strict security protocols, including checking deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Perform administrative procedures such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.
What's Required?
Ability to speak and read English
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Relevant experience is preferred but not required
