Key Responsibilities

Respond rapidly to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services.

Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.

Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.

Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided).

Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns.

Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.

Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes for homeowners.

Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.

Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.

Qualifications

A sales or customer‑service background is a plus, but not required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.

Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) to gather and analyze information.

Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.

Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.

At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays are required).
