Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services needed and provide repair estimates
Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred
Knowledge in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair preferred
Dexterity and steady hand for repairs
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
