THE JOB: Step into the fast-paced world of our Poker Room as a Dealer, where your skills and passion for the game will shine! You'll help create an electrifying atmosphere that keeps players engaged and coming back for more. Embrace the excitement and camaraderie of the poker table as you deliver exceptional service and unforgettable gaming experiences in a lively and dynamic environment!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Conduct and assist with operation of poker games
Get players' checks and help maintain poker table banks (CHIP RUNNER)
Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake
Communicate verbally with supervisors regarding any unusual or irregular play and dispute on the game
Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedures of the game
Develop customer relations and facilitate the use of the MGM Rewards Card
Maintain a helpful, courteous, safe, and clean environment of the game
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and responding effectively to guest inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Customer Service or Hospitality experience
6+ Months of Prior Relevant Poker dealing experience Preferred

PAY RATE: The rate for this role is: $5.26
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
