First grader nanny needed in Gilbert, AZ for a warm and loving family. Must have a genuine passion for childcare and a nurturing disposition. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Ability to create a safe and engaging environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with young children. Familiarity with basic educational and developmental needs of first graders. Flexibility in availability and willingness to assist with light housekeeping tasks. CPR and First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a first grader.
Create a safe, engaging, and structured environment for learning and play.
Support basic educational activities and developmentally appropriate tasks.
Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates as needed.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to child care.
Qualifications
Experience nannying or caring for young children (preferred).
Background check completed or able to pass a background check.
Verified college enrollment (enrolled or graduated).
A love of working with children; excellent communication skills; ability to follow directions.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
