Job Description Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for Sushi Chefs. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our team to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests. We offer competitive pay ($25‑$30 per hour) along with opportunities for long‑term growth.

What You'll Do In This Role

Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine.

Learn and perfect your sushi techniques under the guidance of our skilled Chef teams.

Understand proper handling and waste reduction of products.

Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for you and the guest.

Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grow.

Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu.

Basic Qualifications

Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.

Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.

Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs.

Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
