Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders
Provide a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
Ensure timely, accurate packaging and delivery of orders
Handle cash and payments accurately without shortages or overages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience (preferred)
Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
Ambitious attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
