Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy Create a warm experience with a smile, in person and over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in customer service (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious and motivated Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Us:
