Greet guests promptly and take their orders Assist customers with menu questions and repeat orders for accuracy Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream Ensure timely and accurate delivery orders Handle cash and payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills and Experience
Customer service experience (preferred) Personable, outgoing, and genuine Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the U.S. About Us
