ALLDATA AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, store management supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees. Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers and staff. Monitoring sales goals, inventory, and performance standards. Following store procedures, managing inventory, and overseeing cash handling. Collaborating with staff and departmental leaders to ensure smooth operations. Leading sales efforts, optimizing inventory, and managing returns and merchandising. Upholding safety standards and promoting risk management. Supporting commercial account management to ensure timely deliveries. Resolving customer and operational issues promptly. Qualifications include: Strong leadership, decision-making, and integrity. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred). Previous automotive retail experience and ASE Certification (preferred). About AutoZone:
