Your Responsibilities
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goals
Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
Consult customers on skin care, wellness, sunbed and spray tanning options, educate on Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring company and legal guidelines followed
Maintain clean and organized salon environment
Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties
Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience helpful, not required
Ability to stand, bend, walk for up to 7 hours per day
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends
