Job Summary Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes and adults. Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand. Teach and coach with passion, expertise, high energy, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes and adults.

Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.

Modify and adapt movements to fit the individual athlete.

Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.

Start and finish workouts on time.

Assess and align each member with the correct program.

Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member.

Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams.

Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.

Teach proper form and technique and keep all athletes and adults safe.

Qualifications

Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.

Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.

Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.

Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
