Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure Assist customers with menu items, clarify questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior customer service experience (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States Pay range: $15 - $16 per hour About Us:
