Responsibilities

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items for Members, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement; and adapts to change.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.

Supports a respectful workplace by embracing differences, building strong relationships, and contributing to a culture of belonging and teamwork.

Acts with integrity and serves customers and Members by delivering results with the customer in mind and balancing short- and long-term priorities.

Strives for excellence by staying curious, taking calculated risks, and supporting change and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
