Role and Responsibilities
Oliver Construction Co. is actively seeking a qualified site superintendent for commercial construction projects solely in Southeast Wisconsin. The selected candidate will:
Lead and manage subcontractors
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
Administer and oversee the safety program
Interact directly with project managers, attending meetings with owners and partners as required
Perform and provide structural calculations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5+ years of construction management experience; Design‑Build familiarity preferred
OSHA site safety experience
Familiarity with Procore project management software preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of Oconomowoc, WI
Proven construction technical knowledge on‑site with an understanding of each facet of a job (e.g., concrete, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, moisture proofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, transportation, waterway & marine construction, wastewater, demolition, etc.)
