The curated menu features a hand-picked list of 20 specialty and craft beers on tap. Axle’s is the spot for a cold one after work, a beer to pair with lunch or dinner, and everything in between. YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Bartender, you will be tasked with guiding patrons to the perfect beer or wine selection for their liking, have knowledge of wine and beer, and cash/credit handling upon checking out the patron. They will need to keep a clean and organized bar and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Take customers’ drink orders
Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each guest in a timely manner
Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

Requirements WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
You are 18 years or older
You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
You have legible handwriting
You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
You have a valid Operator's License
YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING
You have wine experience and/or certification
You have one year bartending experience
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT • U.S. Work Authorization (required).
