Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services. Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participate in sales and marketing events, and strive to meet Membership goals. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy and securing items until Members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicate progress, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
