Job Summary Carry out day‑to‑day operations of running a station on the line, ensuring your station is fully prepped for service and properly breaking down the station at the end of the shift, working with chefs to ensure a quality product is being put out to guests.
Responsibilities
Communicate with fellow line cooks to ensure all items on the ticket come out together in a timely fashion.
Follow recipes and guidelines to put out a consistent and quality product.
Use a variety of cooking equipment to prepare and prep a variety of food items.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to reduce safety risks and cross‑contamination.
Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.
Properly stock and prep your station before service.
Qualifications

Good knife/cooking skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
