Position Description The Sales Concierge (Porter) is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, maintaining used vehicle condition, and assisting the vehicle manager as needed.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Transport customers and dealership personnel as required
Assist with customer deliveries and ensure window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles
Maintain internal and external appearance of the store, showroom, and lot
Set up and remove displays for special events
Support Sales Managers and Consultants with vehicle movement and placement
Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed
Start vehicles daily and report any issues
Keep vehicles fueled and in good repair on the lot and showroom
Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on invoices
Record damage descriptions and missing items on the delivery receipt
Keep cars locked and maintain security
Assign stock control numbers and catalog keys
Run miscellaneous errands for the store
Drive safely and responsibly
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience providing quality customer service
Ability to maneuver large SUVs in small spaces
All applicants must pass pre‑employment testing, including background and drug checks
