Job Description Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard‑working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. As a trainee, you will enroll in a 12‑month sales training program that includes field‑based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. The classroom component covers dealership operations, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and more. Outside the classroom, you will work with a Sales Mentor in the field, observe the sales process, assist on calls, and travel with customer service and installation teams to deepen product knowledge. During the 12 months of training you can expect to travel 80‑100% of the time.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will relocate to an assigned territory, receive relocation assistance, and transition to a Sales Professional role. In this role you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual quotas by selling a portfolio of automotive‑industry products and services, including high‑end software solutions, marketing services, printed business forms, and promotional products.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good time‑management skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel (overnight) 80‑100% of the training period.
Willingness to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
