This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, requiring expertise in both hardscape and softscape construction. The Landscape Foreman will direct team members in daily tasks such as planting, seeding, paving, building retaining walls, and assisting with fence installations. Key Responsibilities As a Landscape Foreman, you will:
Lead an Outdoor Living Team in completing landscape and hardscape projects.
Read and interpret plans to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform planting, seeding, brick laying, paving, retaining wall construction, and fence installations.
Operate equipment safely and effectively.
Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment daily.
Direct team members' tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Uphold Swimming Pool Services' standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
5+ years of Landscaping/Hardscaping Experience
Proven supervisory or team leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to read plans and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
