RV Paint/Body Shop Technicians will be tasked with repairs on motorhomes, buses, limos & vehicles or trailers ranging from minor collision repair to full-body paint jobs. We are looking for a positive, professional, open-minded individual with technical experience in automotive body repair (RV body repair would be a plus). Qualifications: Must be extremely detail oriented for complex and precise RV body repairs Must have own set of tools and toolbox 2-5 years prepping and refinishing experience required; Bus & RV preferred Must take pride in your work and be a good communicator Must be a team player and have a customer-first mentality Job description: Paint Prep Paint/Body/Trim repair and reconditioning from collision damage Disassembly and re-assembly Fiberglass Repair Structural damage repair Fiberglass front cap replacement on travel trailers and fifth wheels Keep track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities Provide repair documentation and accurate time log of work completed Coordinate repair procedures/approaches with Service Manager Pay based on experience with a starting range of $18-$25 per hour Benefits after 90 days Paid Holidays after 90 days Paid Vacation after a year
