Is this right for you?

The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of outdoor power equipment to include: mowers, line trimmers, edgers, chain saws, gas powered trimmers, sod cutters, pruning saws and blowers. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and be able to meet company performance standards. Career growth opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

Mow with zero turns and push mowers

Operate weed eaters, edgers, and blowers

Ornamental tree and shrub trimming

Mulch and seasonal color installation

Landscape installation- Shrubs, flower beds, sod, trees, hardscapes

Willing to work in varying weather conditions

Some moderate lifting may be required

Job Requirements for Landscape Crew Member

Minimum of 1 year experience mowing residential and commercial properties, preferred

Knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation

Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision.

Reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Attention to detail and constant alertness

Maintain a safe work environment

Comply with company dress code

Experience preferred but will train the right person

Pay The pay range for this position is $17-$22 an hour and is dependent on your experience.
