You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service; being flexible to the needs of the business; maintaining in‑stock levels; and controlling shrinkage. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions; ensures consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs; follows recipe measurement instructions; works with a variety of products (decorating bags, tips, nozzles) to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items; ensures adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives performance of the bakery area; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; prepares for seasonal events that impact bakery volume (holidays, graduations, family events); identifies member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; and resolves member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Brings brand advocacy by valuing the member's experience in Bakery and modeling high‑quality service and products; interacts with associates to understand roadblocks and assists in training; develops, influences, and inspires them for a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience in Fresh Production Area. Must be 18 years of age or older. Acknowledge completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if the position is received. Preferred Qualifications
