Quail Park of Lynnwood is looking to add a Home Health Aide that loves and has a passion for activities to join our team. The Home Health Aide will assist residents in our Memory Care Community with activities, outings and events. Must enjoy having fun with our residents.
The ideal person for this position has the experience and compassion.
Responsibilities:

Memory Care Support daily activities – Ensure residents' safety and well-being are met by facilitating social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and secure environments. Will provide residents in our Memory Care Community with meaningful activities, events and outings. Apply compliance knowledge – Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of resident care by using a sensitive approach. Knowledge and compliance of all state resident rights are required. Requirements:
Care Assistant | Driver| Activities| Memory Care High school diploma or GED required and current state license Safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance Must be able to pass a background check Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently with little to no supervision CNA, NAC, NAR, HHCA required or Grandfathered care license. Previous experience working in senior living preferred Benefits:
