Key Responsibilities:

Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at designated retail locations or events Engage customers through one-on-one interaction, product sampling, and personalized fragrance consultations Achieve daily and weekly sales goals by actively promoting fragrance products Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and display organization Educate consumers and store staff on brand story, ingredients, and unique selling points Track inventory and report stock levels or customer feedback to management Provide post-activation feedback and performance reports as needed Stay up to date on fragrance trends and competitive products in the market Qualifications:

Prior experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Charismatic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with the public Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Ability to stand for extended periods and lift display materials when needed Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate or commission-based compensation (depending on event) Opportunities for bonuses or incentives based on performance
