Responsibilities Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Supports safety of facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. Works to comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and contributes to a culture of belonging, teamwork, and integrity. Strives for excellence by taking calculated risks, driving continuous improvement, and adapting to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
