$77,000 - $95,000 annually with Quarterly Profit Sharing

Benefits

Eligible for wage increases twice annually

Your Purpose As the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll shape and execute Dynamic’s ecommerce vision by driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all online channels. You’ll translate business objectives into actionable strategies that strengthen long‑term performance and support organizational goals.

You’ll collaborate across operations, marketing, and sales to streamline workflows, enhance the customer journey, and identify opportunities for improved speed, accuracy, and profitability. Your leadership will position Dynamic as a high‑performing, customer‑centric ecommerce operation that drives revenue, reputation, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing ecommerce team aligned to strategic priorities.

Shape team structure, roles, and development paths to support scalable channel growth.

Drive end‑user sales growth across Amazon, eBay, internal sites, and emerging channels.

Optimize listings, pricing, inventory levels, and marketing strategies to maximize visibility and sales velocity.

Leverage multi‑channel tools and fulfillment models (including FBA) to expand reach and efficiency.

Establish processes for accurate inventory management, high‑quality listings, reliable fulfillment, and customer service support.

Partner with Operations on material flow, product quality, valuations, and continuous process improvements.

Build and maintain analytics dashboards using SellerCloud, Google Analytics, and marketplace reporting tools.

Monitor sales velocity, stock levels, RMA trends, and customer feedback to improve quality and margin performance.

What You Bring (Briefcase)

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (additional relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education).

3–5 years of experience, including managing a team directly.

Experience selling on various e‑commerce channels preferred.

Skills & Strengths (Head)

Deep understanding of ecommerce trends, best practices, and technologies.

Knowledge of major platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, plus supporting systems such as PIMs, ERPs, and shipping solutions.

Strong prioritization and planning skills with the ability to align resources to long‑term goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with influence across departments.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives while driving clarity, accountability, and execution.
