Pay Range Base pay: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Responsibilities
Attend meetings at the Branch, if requested.
Drive crews to scheduled job(s).
Perform snow removal with a manual shovel.
Spread salt as requested.
Remove snow from storefronts using awning rakes.
Operate small snow blowers.
Operate walk‑behind snow sweepers.
Monitor weather correspondence and be aware of upcoming snow events.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Skills and Personal Characteristics
Must be self‑motivated.
Position Requirements
Pass a drug and alcohol test.
Drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions.
Move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently.
Work Conditions Employees should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold or heat.
