Randall Off‑Site Construction specializes in the integration of completely prefabricated bathroom pods for hotels, dormitories, medical facilities, and multi‑family ground‑up construction projects. We are currently seeking a qualified Caulker / Framer / Finisher to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility.
Position Summary Randall Off‑Site Construction is looking to fill an experienced caulker position within our PODs Division. The role requires attention to detail while caulking to industry standards, steel framing experience, and the ability to hang and finish drywall. You will support fellow employees through development and communication to maintain safe and effective caulking practices.
Experience Required
5+ years of experience finishing high‑end interiors.
Essential Functions / Qualifications
Finish caulk to industry standards.
Strong attention to detail.
Painting experience.
Finished drywall experience.
Availability for overtime/extended hours when required.
Physical Requirements This is primarily a shop or field job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
