Minimum Experience
4 to 5 years collision auto body repair experience required
Job Responsibilities
Assess and repair vehicles meticulously to restore to pre-accident condition.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring quality and speed.
Work collaboratively to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.
Plan repairs, prepare estimates, and use various tools for repairs.
Perform structural repairs, replace damaged parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
Ensure repairs are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.
Ability to read job orders and work independently.
Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.
Physical & Other Requirements
Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
Lift up to 30 pounds.
Inspect vehicles in various weather conditions.
Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.
