Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and take orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu questions and order accuracy
Create a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
Package and deliver orders quickly and accurately
Handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, outgoing, and genuine personality
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
