Follow all food and safety guidelines and ensure that the entire team adheres to the same food handling standards Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests'' cups and glasses as requested Take away plates from the table, replace utensils, and keep an eye out for spills or other special requests from guests Qualifications
Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Experience working in food service is preferred Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers Must have excellent time management and organizational skills Compensation
