Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser . In this role, you'll meet the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like
Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit , and other industry-leading snacks. Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores. What to Expect

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed). Ability to download and use work-related applications. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and moving products. Retail/grocery experience is a plus. Reside within 25 miles of Hermitage, TN; secondary location Nashville, TN. Availability on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Business Overview
