Business Development Advisor – Home Instead, University Place
Location: University Place, WA. Services the west side of Pierce County including Gig Harbor.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience
Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service field preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, organization, and professional presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Primary Responsibilities
Build & Maintain Relationships: Engage with referral partners such as hospitals, medical offices, rehab centers, and senior living communities.
Drive Sales Goals: Meet inquiry generation and market share objectives using a consultative sales approach.
Plan & Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in collaboration with leadership.
Represent the Brand: Conduct one-on-one meetings and deliver group presentations promoting Home Instead services.
Maintain Records: Document all prospecting and sales activity to optimize territory performance.
Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and community involvement.
Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients and families to understand needs and recommend appropriate service options.
