Overview
Resident Assistant at Lewiston Senior Living – Assisted Living & Memory Care, Lewiston, MN. Full-Time or Part-Time; AM, PM, or NOC Shift; Entry-Level. Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience). Schedule: 6AM - 2PM, 2PM - 10PM, or 10PM - 6AM.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support to residents, helping ensure safety, comfort, and well-being.
Assist with personal care routines (as needed)
Provide companionship and monitor resident safety overnight
Help with light housekeeping and dietary tasks
Respond to resident needs with patience and care
Support a positive, respectful living environment
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving (preferred)
A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Dependability and a strong work ethic
