Learn and apply Keller Williams models and systems for success
Build relationships with clients through communication and follow up
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls
Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
Assist clients through each step of the buying or selling process
Manage CRM data and maintain consistent contact with prospects
Qualifications
Must have or be actively pursuing a California real estate license
Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated with a high level of personal accountability
Positive attitude with a willingness to follow proven systems
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Detail oriented and organized with effective time management
