Insomnia Cookies is a fast‑growing, late‑night sweet‑indulgence company. We are opening a new location at 332 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042 and hiring Cookie Crew members.
What You’ll Do
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection.
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
Handle cash and payments accurately and maintain zero shortages or overages.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitize, and keep the bakery area pristine.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred.
Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
