Best Choice Roofing is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Consultant to support our rapidly growing residential roofing services. Veteran salespeople will thrive, but we welcome anyone ready to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly respond to warm sales leads to close contracts for roofing services. Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking. Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage. Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided). Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns. Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required. Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners. Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services. Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
Qualifications
Sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps). Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection. Work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs. At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).
