Position Title
Automotive Detailer (Experienced – Paint Correction, Waxing & Ceramic Coating)
Location Houston, TX – Work performed on-site at a used car dealership.
Compensation Competitive commission-based structure – Earn $3,000–$6,000+ per month (based on performance & ceramic coatings completed).
About the Opportunity We’re launching a high-demand car detailing business in partnership with a growing used car dealership. With a steady flow of vehicles and quality-focused clientele, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Detailer who is looking to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
Perform interior and exterior detailing on used car inventory
Conduct paint correction, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicle finishes
Apply ceramic coatings for long-term protection and showroom shine
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles
Track time and materials used per vehicle
Collaborate with management to improve process and efficiency
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of hands‑on auto detailing experience
Proficient in paint correction, waxing, buffing, and ceramic coatings
Has own tools (preferred but not required)
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines (approx. 2 vehicles/day)
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Comfortable working independently
