Overview
Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr This role supports Sam's Club Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. The position includes safety responsibilities and order fulfillment for Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders, along with general customer service and adherence to company policies and standards. Responsibilities
Provide information on Membership benefits and promote the value of Company products and services. Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events; work toward Membership goals. Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling and disposal guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management. Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, and securing items for Members. Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; and adapt to change and feedback. Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services; comply with policies and ethics standards.
