As a Dining Server, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests feel truly cared for. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to service make every mealtime a memorable experience in our vibrant, resident-centered community. What You’ll Do
Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate! Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety Benefits
