Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Responsibilities
Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of basic cooking and preparation methods.
Oversees and is directly involved in the production of all food items on the restaurant menu.
Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position.
Responsible for all routine opening, during service, and closing functions and checklists.
Interact with fellow team members in a cooperative manner.
Communicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging guests and team members.
Abide by all Health Department food safety requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 year culinary experience preferred.
Must have advanced knowledge of cooking and preparation methods.
Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.
Able to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects or assignments.
Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays.
