Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy Create a warm, friendly experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream Package and send out fast, warm, and correct delivery orders Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing personality Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the U.S. About Us:
