Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a
Trim Carpenter
to work on kitchen remodeling projects in West Michigan and Mid-Michigan. Experience with cabinet refacing and new cabinet installation is strongly encouraged. We are looking for contract partners who are passionate about transforming spaces and enhancing the customer experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Arrive on time and consistently Follow installation plans and clarify questions when necessary Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job Keep work area clean and organized; clean up daily Communicate daily with the project manager about progress Work efficiently and quickly Skills: Strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Driven to exceed customer expectations Experience in cabinet refacing preferred Skill in cutting moldings and installing crown molding Ability to drill for and install handles, doors, and drawer fronts Experience installing roll-out trays in cabinets Proficient in operating power tools such as table saws, band saws, routers, planers, and nail guns Ability to work in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas Professional and friendly interaction with customers Personal pride in delivering quality work on the first attempt Why Work for Kitchen Tune-Up?
